Well, last Sunday was a blast, as anticipated. We had some problems with the Mexican Baseball League, as they wouldn't leave our field until 8, but after a call to the Parks Department, they shouldn't annoy us again. In my estimation, about 50-60 people showed up, and due to the confusion about which field was which, some didn't play. I hope they play this week.
A reporter from the Village Voice was there: she was really sexy and cute, with her nose-ring, and alluring brown eyes. Other cuties, such as Karen Meehan, and B.A. were there. A entire team, the Pirates, showed up. They were fun, but let's keep the trash-talk original guys! You can't just repeat the same shit over and again and not think it's a turnoff.
This week, we'll have a sign-up sheet to ensure the first-come, first-serve policy, and to make sure everyone pays the $4 fee. We'll have the barbecue. And we should have more people there too, so feel free to umpire.
