Who is going to stop the Burninators? If a team is going to beat them, they'd better find their groove now. Shockamania has very good fielding, and always limit their non-earned runs, but they can;t take the Burns. The Sleeves are in the rejuvenation/reforming process, and we'll see how that goes. The Daggers should make a nice playoff run, and with their full team, they are dangerous. Athletically, right now Los Piratas are a shell of themselves, with Jesse and Ben defecting, da MathMatiks kids preoccupied with art, softball, and skirts, Nipple's on the West Coast, and MVP being MIA. However, Franz claims his team will be good enough to pose a very interesting challenge: they rumble a team, and the winner gets to snatch a player from the loser. Pretty Bold for a faltering squad, but that means Franz must have recruited Pele's kid. Or he could be so drunk with power from StreetWarz that he's talking too much smack this time.
Spiritually, the Pirates are the same, and that's always very good, normally followed by something very bad or controversial.
The Orphans are almost back their 2004 form, and that means they can beat anyone at anytime, provided they go easy on the drinking. The Kings have improved, with new players, such as Pokey. As for The SugarTits, time will tell if their defection from the Kings will make them winners. The Otters need a prayer just to finish a game, let alone win one. But I hope everyone improves, and I know da Otts must feel somewhat overwhelmed by the standing teams. They played the Burns in their first game, and while the outcome was predictable, I say, throw 'em into da deep end.
